The property spans 175 peaceful acres with towering pines, nature trails, and over 1.5 miles of river frontage. Guests enjoy a blend of comfort and outdoor adventure—from full-hookup RV spaces to charming cabin rentals and houseboat getaways.

Trail’s End Resort & Marina is the perfect place to call home for your houseboat. Our boat slips on the Chattahoochee River offer unobstructed waterfront views and easy access to Lake Seminole. When you rent a slip, you’ll enjoy all of the resort’s amenities — including the clubhouse, pool, laundry facilities, and access to a regular pump-out service.
Unlike crowded marinas where you’re docked side-by-side with other boats, our slips open directly onto the river, offering panoramic views, treelined shores, and unforgettable sunsets. Whether you stay for a weekend or the whole season, Trail’s End provides a relaxing, scenic home base for your houseboat adventure.
