Our River Marina offers spacious, open slips for houseboats directly on the Chattahoochee River, providing the perfect setting for long-term visitors looking to make the river their home away from home. Unlike crowded marinas where you’re parked nose-to-nose with other boats, our slips offer unobstructed views of the open river and tree-lined shores, making every evening sunset a private experience. Houseboat slip rentals give guests access to the clubhouse and pool, as well as the other property amenities. Guests can also sign up for our pump-out service for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Lagoon Marina
Covered Slips for Fishing Boats on Our Private Lagoon Connected to the Chattahoochee River
Located on the resort’s private lagoon with direct access to the Chattahoochee River, the Lagoon Marina is ideal for fishing boats and other small vessels. Each slip is covered to protect your boat from the elements, and the marina is conveniently positioned next to the boat launch, with plenty of parking for vehicles and trailers. Guests docking here are just steps from Pop’s Dockside Grill and the on-site Bait & Tackle store, making it easy to grab a bite to eat or stock up on gear before heading out on the water.
Coming Soon in 2026, the Lagoon Marina will feature a fueling station, making it even more convenient for guests to keep their boats ready for fishing, boating, and exploring Lake Seminole.
