With our special long-term rates, you can save money while enjoying all of the comforts and amenities our waterfront resort has to offer.
Whether youâre a seasonal traveler, remote worker, or outdoor enthusiast, youâll find everything you need right hereâfull hookups, laundry access, on-site dining, and plenty of recreation. Our friendly community and relaxing setting make it easy to slow down, enjoy nature, and feel right at home along the Chattahoochee River.
New Campground Building Coming 2026
Park Office, Camp Store, Bathrooms, Showers & Laundry
Big improvements are on the way! Our newly renovated Park Office & Camp Store building (coming in 2026) will feature modern restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities conveniently located right beside the campground. Coin-operated laundry machines are available in the building while the rest of the renovations are under construction.
Check-In and Check-Out
For all RV sites, cabin rentals, and houseboat slips/rentals.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Quiet Hours
10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
We understand the importance of a good nightâs sleep for all our visitors. That is why we have designated quiet time from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM daily. During these hours, we kindly ask our guests to keep noise levels to a minimum, ensuring everyone can rest peacefully.
Pet-Friendly Policy
We love pets at Trailâs End! For the safety of all guests AND your pets, dogs must remain on a leash. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets to keep our park clean for everyone.
No Swimming in the Lagoon or River
Please be aware, the Lake Seminole and Chattahoochee River waters are home to alligators. For this reason, swimming is only allowed in our gated pool at our clubhouse.
Clubhouse & Pool Hours
8:00 AM - 10:00 PM
The Clubhouse & pool facilities are open opposite quiet hours. Pool is closed in winter months. (Labor Day - Memorial Day)
